Stress Test Services
Delserro Engineering of Easton, Pennsylvania,
provides stress test services and the reliability HALT HASS test
for clients within the commercial, industrial and military sectors.
HALT HASS Stress Test
HALT
and HASS are intensive methods used to stress and expose design
and process weaknesses while a product is still in development.
Using HALT and HASS testing to stress test products and components
is less expensive and more accurate than traditional methods of
stress analysis. HALT and HASS allow you to perform extensive
stress analysis in a relatively short amount of time. The HALT
and HASS process can accelerate a product's aging process from
actual months into test minutes much faster than a traditional
stress test.
Using the HALT method to stress test can uncover
design defects and weaknesses in electronic and mechanical assemblies
using a unique Triaxial vibration system, combined with rapid
high and low temperature changes. It is a technique that addresses
reliability issues at an early stage in product development, offering
significant advantages over traditional techniques.
HALT/HASS takes advantage of rapid thermal cycling
and broadband random vibration to accelerate a stress test and
quickly determine electronic design weaknesses. Up to 40°C/minute
temperature ramp rates combined with quasi-random triaxial, six
DoF vibration is available for maximum screening flexibility.
Delserro Engineering's stress analysis system
analyzes how various products and materials will withstand physical
stress within one environment or under multiple conditions.
Increased profitability through stress analysis
By performing stress tests and other forms of
accelerated testing like dynamics, and fatigue and fracture mechanics
Delserro Engineering Solutions helps companies build products
that are more reliable and maintainable and therefore more profitable.
We understand how important it is to incorporate a stress test
into the design process as early as possible, which is why we
utilize a powerful Arsenal of engineering analysis software Including
FEMAP, ANSYS, Aegis PowerSolver, LS-DYNA, MSC visualNastran Desktop,
ABAQUS, CFDsign, and Advanced Pressure Vessel Designto aticipate
design weakness before a product leaves the drawing board.
