Temperature Humidity Testing Services
Temperature humidity testing
Delserro Engineering of Easton, Pennsylvania, combines Temperature
Humidity, Accelerated Life and HALT/HASS testing methods for reliability
testing on products for clients within the commercial, industrial
and military sectors. We believe the best way to make your product
more profitable is by making it more reliable and the best way
to ensure this is to perform accelerated life testing and life
estimations throughout all levels of design and production as
well as at all levels within a product from individual components
to complex systems.
Humidity causes corrosion problems, electrical failures, accelerates
wear on moving parts, and infiltrates plastics
and coatings. Temperature humidity testing
can evaluate the performance of electronic,
metal and plastic products, corrosion resistance, and coatings
in humid environments. Our equipment can test to exact environments
using both temperature and humidity in constant or variable conditions.
Delserro Engineering’s Temperature and Humidity equipment
can apply:
- Temperatures from -70°C to +180°C (-95°F
to +356°F).
- Low and High Humidity Ranges from 10°C and 10%
to 85°C and 98%.
- DES can also test to many specifications
such as Telcordia, MIL-STD's, JDEC,
SAE or custom specifications.
Increased profitability through reliability testing
By precipitating failures in our accelerated life test chambers,
we can uncover design or manufacturing process flaws, which could
end up costing you ten fold to fix once your product is in production.
We will develop a comprehensive plan to perform reliability testing
on products throughout all phases of design and production. This
translates into a higher quality production process, lower warrantee
costs, and increased consumer confidence.
Accelerated environmental life testing is meant to measure and
increase the expected or actual reliability
of a product, and identify problems and corrective
actions which should be taken in order to
reduce the rate of failures. The goal is
to test whether a product will remain reliable in its intended
environment over a required duration of time. This is accomplished
using accelerated environmental stresses, which accelerate the
normal wear of products or components in order to reveal design
defects. You test a product until it fails. This allows you to
evaluate what failed, when it failed, where the failure occurred
as well as why it failed. This allows you to implement corrective
actions and improve product quality before going to market.
