Defense Contractor Product Qualification Testing
Qualification testing is where a design either earns its place in the program or sends you back to engineering. Our defense contractor product testing services replicate the mechanical, climatic, and lifecycle stresses your hardware will see in service before your customer finds the problem first.
Our military qualification testing capabilities include:
- Vibration testing– random, sine, and sine-on-random profiles
- Shock testing, plus pyroshock, ballistic shock, and SRS
- Combined temperature and vibration
- Environmental and climatic testing– temperature, humidity, altitude, salt fog, rain and icing, and thermal shock
- Reliability testing, HALT, and accelerated life cycle testing
- ESS and HASS production screening
We run to the military standards your contract and quality organization already reference, including MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-202, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-331, RTCA/DO-160, and IEC 60068-2. When a program calls for a tailored profile instead of a specification, our engineers write the test plan and design and build the custom fixtures to execute it.
