Gary Delserro, PE

The President of DES, Gary Delserro, P.E. has over 30 years of experience working as a professional mechanical engineer in the areas of design, reliability and testing. He has successful engineering experience working for the Naval Air Warfare Center, Cooper Industries, and Mack Trucks. Gary is a licensed professional engineer and is an active member of numerous engineering societies where he has held many offices including President. Gary holds a BSME degree from Villanova University and a MSME degree from Lehigh University.

Melanie Delserro

Melanie Delserro has over 20 years of experience in the area of Business and Accounting. She holds a BS degree from Lafayette College and an MS degree in Technology from Lehigh University. She is in charge of the Finance and Human Resources functions for the Company. She plays a key role in the strategy and business decisions that affect the future of the Company.

Matt Paulus

Matt Paulus holds a BS degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Physics and Astronomy. He has 15 years of experience in the medical device field with focus in test (including temperature cycle testing, burn-in testing, and environmental stress screen (ESS) testing of printed circuit boards used in implants), design and execution of protocols and reports for extended ESS testing for the validation of manufacturing process improvements, process design/validation, equipment installation/validation, and procedure generation. Matt has experience working with (FDA) Food and Drug Administration 21 CFR Part 820 Quality System Regulations and TUV ISO 13485 Quality Management System. Matt is the Quality Manager and is also a Test Engineer of DES.
