A Trusted Cable & Connector Test Lab

DES tests electronics, cables, and connectors in our Easton, PA lab. We’re an ITAR-registered, A2LA-accredited laboratory operating to ISO/IEC 17025, and our engineers have tested hardware for Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Medtronic, Rolls Royce, and the U.S. Army. Testing Connectors, Cables, & Electronics

Connectors and cables rarely fail on the bench. They fail in service, when vibration cracks a crimp, humidity drags down insulation resistance, or a fretting causes an intermittent opening. Our electrical connector and cable testing puts those stresses on your parts in a controlled lab environment while monitoring for any changes.

Testing connectors, cables, & electronics include:

We run to the connector and component standards including EIA-364, MIL-STD-202, MIL-STD-1344A, IEC 60512, SAE USCAR2, SAE USCAR21, and GMW 3191. When a part calls for a tailored profile instead of a specification, our engineers write the test plan and design and build the custom fixtures to run it.
