The International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) is an organization dedicated to provide information, education, lab certification and test procedures for the transportation of packaging.  ISTA package testing evaluates the effectiveness of the package and its ability to protect its internal contents during transit.  ISTA package test protocols simulate multiple events including transportation vibration, environmental conditions, hazards during shipment such as drops, shocks and compression loading due to warehouse stacking.

DES offers ISTA package testing within our environmentally controlled, A2LA accredited and ISTA certified testing laboratory.  Please contact a professional if you have any questions.
